All Seasons Cleaning provides residential and commercial cleaning services as described in your written quote. The scope in your quote defines the work; items outside it are add-ons quoted separately.
Residential clients may reschedule or skip a visit free with notice by noon the prior business day. Cancellations after that may incur a fee of up to 50% of the visit price. Commercial agreements follow the terms in the signed service agreement.
Report any missed or unsatisfactory area within 24 hours and we will re-clean it free. Refunds are handled case by case after a re-clean attempt.
We carry general liability insurance and a bonding policy. Report suspected damage within 48 hours of your visit. Pre-existing damage, inherent material wear and items of extraordinary value not disclosed in advance are excluded.
Payment is due at time of service via card on file (processed by Stripe) or invoice terms stated in your agreement. Late commercial invoices accrue 1.5% monthly after 30 days.
